This guy was extremely rude to me and was very unprofessional. Literally told me my job was a joke and if I needed lessons on how to be better then I should pay him for a class. Sad this is how people treat others.
They go above and beyond for their customers. From conversations til 11 at night, to a text at 9 am saying I'm working on those numbers, to getting the seats changed to leather super fast even watching you melt down in the dealership. Today they showed me compassion you wouldn't find at other dealerships. I got the call that my Grammie took a bad fall. My car still liked a little bit from being done.
