The car has been listed on the dealer website for months or even a year, but personel replied that it was sold.
Business response:
KB,Thank you for your feedback. The vehicle was listed at a very competitive price and was available on a first-come, first-served basis. Unfortunately, the vehicle sold on the same day you contacted us. We understand that this can be frustrating, but it happens, especially when a vehicle is priced very well. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope we can help you find another vehicle that fits your needs.
Did not hear back from them..
Business response:
Hi Kreg, We apologize that you did not hear back from us. We did try to call you, but unfortunately the call went straight to voicemail. We always do our best to respond to every inquiry and follow up with our customers. We appreciate your interest and apologize for any inconvenience.
Sherri and her staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this dealer for being a caring, family-owned business. They were helpful in really letting me know what was wrong with my trade-in (unlike Tomball FORD - warranty work they said was done was not completed). I ended up getting a different vehicle, but I would try Autoland of Texas again.
Great team
Very pleasant buying experience. Highly recommended!!!
Great experience. Friendly and nice vehicle. Easy buying. Sherry is very helpful and responsive.
It was a great experience. They responded quick to all inquiries. Easy to work with, no pressure salesmanship.
Sherry responded quickly. I wasn’t able to go right away but she followed up with me on availability at the end of the week as I requested. Good communication.
Great 10's across the board
