Vehicle wasn't taken care of very well. Missing emblems, seats torn. Just looked...used

The sales person was polite and professional. The car was offered at the agreed upon price. The car had some minor issues that wasn't initially disclosed, however, the owner approved to get the issues corrected and I walked away with the car I was interested in.

We ended up purchasing a very clean,low-mileage,attractive 2002 Mercedes Benz. We were very impressed by this car. The salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful towards us purchasing this vehicle. We were grateful that we found this used car vehicle and was able to purchase it the same day!.My grandson's girlfriend's car had broke down this week and they were in a great need of a car! God leave me to this dealership and my grandson picked out this car.

The front glass is broken on this car. Dealer Rep contacted did not come out to show car. Dealer has a lease sign on front. Might be leaving location soon.

They replied to my email and told me too come in and see the car. When I arrived the next morning, the representative that had emailed me was gone for the day. No big deal. I told them which car I had come to see and was told they would bring it right out. 10 minutes later the salesman tells me that car was taken to the shop the previous day. Of course, he'd be happy too show me something else. Sure feels like the ol' bait-n-switch to me. I ended up purchasing somewhere else the next day.

Although you came on a holiday (July 4th), which we were closed, and having a outside mechanic fixing the a/c as we do not want customers riding in hot vehicles. Our owner was here finishing up some paperwork and as you requested, he showed you other vehicles in the same price range. The next business day (the next morning) the vehicle was back here on the lot. Ready for purchase.
Jarrod Watson, a sales representative, was VERY helpful, he answered every calls I made to him, and when I eventually got to the dealership he was very attentive and professional. I bought the 2008 Toyota Prius as soon as I got to the Auto Import, Inc.
