Salesman was very pleasant and the entire process was quite smooth.
Probably one of the shadiest dealerships I've ever dealt with. I purchase the vehicle remotely however I asked the salesperson to do a walk around video to point out any imperfections. He did the video however when the vehicle was delivered it was completely covered with paint overspray definitely an imperfection. On top of that I notified them twice about my tags not arriving and the temporary tag expired. I can't drive the vehicle, and they aren't answering my messages. I would stay clear of this place. No ethics.
I had some minor issues; however, the sales manager Ahmed called me immediately and has assured me that he will be taking care of everything. I was very impressed with the fact that he took the time on a Sunday to call to address my concerns. That's great customer service.
Bought a car for a reasonable price. Not a scam feel like most dealerships to walk into. Friendly and comfortable environment. Update: unfortunately I have to revisit this review and revise months after my car purchase. I bought an Infiniti from this group a few months ago. As soon as I drove the full three hours home the check engine light came on, the horn didn't work, and the passenger door didn't lock unless done manually (none of which was disclosed prior).
