I bought a Land Rover from Auto House USA. Last week I had an electrical problem, I did not have any warranty, but Auto House helped me fix the Truck for less than Land Rover Peabody quoted me. I just brought my mother to buy an Acura TL today and they were so nice to her.
For a smaller dealership, they were great to work with. Responded quickly to inquiries, were not pushy throughout the process. Wound up purchasing the vehicle, and when I picked up the car, the transaction went smoothly. Especially a big kudos to the person who details the cars, because they did an exceptional job! Requested a little touch-up on the vehicle, and they went above & beyond what was asked. Would definately work with them again if they had a vehicle that I was interested in.
Overall good experience not pushy and very profesional car has clean carfax and for my first big purchase in 10 years im happy with results,they did the foot work plus clean the car.Dealing with Bruce the sales guy,Jason finace guy and the manager Brian was a pleasant experince they stayed and kept me inform of what was going on with car..when i couldnt decide if to go through process..for a small dealer treated me better then any of the big dealers i was dealing with.....good job Auto House.

While the vehicle I looked at was not the one I wanted, it was a good vehicle and priced fairly. I would go back in the future. The staff was kind and not pushy and made me feel comfortable by saying with a smile "what's meant to he will be and you'll find what you're looking for." They want to see you leave happy with a smile. They always responded quickly and called me back when they said they would which was comforting as I was coming from an hour away.
