This company did some work for us and had to come out to fix the repairs they did not do correctly. When fixing their own work, they damaged the paint on the exterior of the RV. Patty will not do what is right and pay to have the paint fixed and says they went have done beyond what is normal....but if you damage something or dont do the work correctly, how is that above and beyond? we wont do business with Patty and her team anymore.
windshield was not properly installed as soon as I left the shop it popped out of place from the drivers side. Took it back within minutes and told me they couldn't do anything. Was told to come back with in 3 days. On the 3rd day it was raining and I found a small puddle of water on dashboard and floorboard. I took the day off work to resolve the issue but again they said they couldn't do anything. So I stood there until I got to talk to the owner. After I left a bad review on there Facebook page they either blocked me or just flat out deleted there whole page. I do not recommend these people very bad customer service and poor quality work. As soon as I left the shop the windshield popped out of place on the drivers side and wind started coming in. With in minutes I headed to the shop again only to be told they couldn't do anything. First Off the business seems to be run by a young man who is being groomed by his Dad to run the shop. First mistake! He has zero customer service and problem resolution skills and show no work ethic. I took my Mustang in for a simple side window replacement. It all started when they came out to my business and replaced the glass. That part was awesome. Then everything went south from there. They used a knockoff/off-brand piece of glass that did not fit my Mustang. Noticed the wind blowing through a gap in the door on my way... read more

Our insurance company contracted with Auto Glass Stop when our windshield cracked. First time they arrived with the wrong windshield. Second time they didn't show as planned (called to say they were on the way and then didn't show). After multiple phone calls, they ended up coming at 8:15pm. The employee damaged our vehicle in the process and didn't leave until 9:45pm. However, the reason I give them such a great rating is because of their customer service afterwards. WARNING!! Do not take your vehicle here or let them come to you... They scratched the paint all around the window removing the glass, and then bent the molding around the window.. They have two kids doing the repairs that look like they just got out of jail.. When taking my vehicle back to the owner, he said there is nothing he can do...
