I was in Metairie, Louisiana visiting my family back on 11-22-22. Decided to get my windshield replaced on my 2019 XT-5. I researched it and decided to get it replaced at Autoglassnow. They did, the next day it rained hard. Intermittent wipers and rain sensor never worked again. Went back, they called me into the shop. Showed me the wipers working spraying it with a water hose. Bad customer service. Told me to walk-in with no appointment then denied me service. When I confronted the owner about it she said it wasn’t her problem.
VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL Ordered the wrong windshield for my car then told me I’d have to leave with my original windshield that they damaged even further after waiting 3 hours. Had to drive home in the rain with a Shattered windshield. The owner told me that I better be glad it’s not even more shattered and then told me to get out.
Service was ok, prices was good but they broke wire to my Xmas radio and I have pay for it

This place is joke. The office personal along with the tech look like drug addicts. It’s a sloppy mess and stinks. Manager has no clue what they are doing. I went for an estimate and waited for almost an 30 mins. They are rude and have no sense of what customer service is. This location should be shut down or they should fire every single person in there.
