Interesting customer experience, I spoke with this group on 8/4 regarding replacing windshield. On Friday, 8/4, I asked State Farm to notify Lynx systems to arrange an OEM replacement and spoke to Auto Glass Outfitters mid-day Friday. Called the company a few minutes ago and got the run around about OEM vs basic glass availability. Based on what I perceived as a run around I asked to speak to a Leader.
