So after a week of going back and forth with phone calls they tried to twist my arm into replacing the whole piece of glass. I told them it was just a nick in the beginning. Once Crystal realized that she wasn't going to sell my insurance an unnecessary piece of glass, they didn't even bother to show up after I had taken the day off work.Needless to say they were taken off the job. Don't waste your time. Honestly the whole ordeal was more of a pain in the a** experience.
