I had a very disappointing experience with Larry Groom. He was not friendly at all and did not explain anything about the car. I was interested in the vehicle and only wanted to discuss improving the deal a little, but instead he became aggressive and treated me with disrespect. It felt very unprofessional. Terrible Experience I purchased a used 2025 Mazda CX‑5 with 25,000 km from Auto Gallery in December, and unfortunately the experience has been extremely disappointing. When I first inspected the vehicle, one of the headlights was already faulty. The dealership acknowledged this and booked an appointment at Mazda to have it replaced under warranty.
