1st time buying at auto gallery, it was a great experience . Booked an appointment to see 2 cars, they were all ready for us to test drive when we got there. Felt no pressure we left that night to think things over. We called back to have our trade in assessed 2 days later and then drove away with our new car! First time buying with Auto Gallery and will certainly return there. We had Darryl as a salesman and he was excellent. Lesley How is a wonderful representative of the business and explained everything in a courteous and professional manner. I would, however, think about a re-training the receptionist as she is not very friendly or helpful. All in all a great experience!
Walked in with a couple vehicles in mind on a Thursday, Gave the team ( Randy/Julie) some numbers and my monthly budget to work with and by Friday afternoon I was driving my new vehicle home. Absolutely amazed how quickly Auto Gallery of Winnipeg staff worked to get me on my way.
