this place is horrible my friend purchased a vehicle from them back in March and they still don't have given them the proper paper work to license their vehicle so they are paying for something that they cannot drive. they don't answer their calls because of caller ID they cannot post on their page because they will delete the comments
This company is a joke I purchased a truck march 15th it is now july 15th and still no registration I haven't been able to drive my vehicle for over a month get yourself a good lawyer if you deal with them I will be suing this company for every day I'm NOT able to drive my truck I've made my payments I'm now 7000 dollars into a truck I cant drive piss poor company absolutely horrible customer service we will be seeing them in court very soon
They can’t return phone calls or get the proper documentation to title the truck. Bought a truck over 90 days ago and still don’t have paper for DMV. Temp tag ran out and I can’t drive the vehicle I am paying for. Horrible way of doing business
RecommendedWe traded our vehicle at the Gainesville location working with Nayeli Espinoza. She listened to what we needed and showed us trucks that were right on features and budget. The figures she gave us were never changed and all the way the transaction was honest and we felt comfortable with the deal. We feel it’s the easiest vehicle deal we have ever done. We will definitely refer others to Auto Gallery of Gainesville!
These guys are great! Super friendly, the process was easy, and they were upfront on pricing and the costs. We had visited many others and never pulled the trigger because we felt some were dishonest or not personable or pressuring. We highly recommend this dealership and hope to purchase again!
Matt Cruz was extremely helpful and friendly! When no other dealership/loaner would help, Auto Gallery stepped up and got me a car 10x better than I thought I could get!
