I borrowed a car from them on Turo. They had the car ready at the specified time. No one was there to assist us so we had to figure out how to work the car ourselves.
I bought my son a 2008 VW GTI from this dealership A month ago. It took all day just to get the car. Fast forward to today his cars transmission has failed and he has driven less than 1000 miles. They asked my soon to tow it to them which is going to cost a lot from San Francisco to Hayward They haven’t been helpful and my son took it to a shop to get it inspected. The mechanic said the codes where most likely deleted since after the scan more Lights like the airbag came on. I am truly disappointed in the service and quality... read more
