Definitely never, ever go here to get a car. Bruce Ngo is a scam artist and will try and scam you out of as much money as he can. Seriously. Stay away.
We had a wonderful experience at Tulsa Auto Factory. Our son needed a car and they were very helpful. We test drove a 2003 Honda Accord. The car was clean, drove smooth and had lots of bells & whistles. Bruce gave us a great deal. We will happily do business with them again.
We just bought an MDX & LOVE it!! Super clean inside & looks like new on the outside! Bruce was so helpful & answered all my questions! The price was right on the window so no haggling! And financing was easy! This is our 2nd car from Auto Factory & will be back for a 3rd for our son!
they owner Bruce Ngo just has a poor attitude about what his selling, he wants everything in cash when his advertising is saying they do in-house finance. just a bad place to go and try to go buy a car plus his asking to much for the cars he has.
The owner of this car lot seemed friendly when we first arrived to test drive a 2000 Nissan Quest minivan we had seen on Craigslist. But, usually when a salesman comes up to you, he will present you with as many details about the vehicle as possible. This did not happen. It seemed like he did not know anything about it and his assistant who test drove the vehicle with us was not help either.
