We purchased a CX5 in the spring of 2015. The car is great but this is about the dealership. The showroom and bathrooms are pristine. The sales people are friendly and anxious to help without being annoying and the service department is efficient, on time and fairly priced. We really appreciated the no BS approach to car buying. We looked at the cars, asked some questions, took a few test drives, and got a price for the car we wanted and a very fair allowance for our trade. I had been searching for a new car for my mother for quite a long time. After dealing with a less-than-desirable salesman at a different dealership, salesman Patrick Doyle, was a refreshing change. He was very personable and did not try to upsell us anything. We knew what we wanted and all he did was help.
