No pressure sales is totally correct. They need to add no customer service to the sign. Spent a total of 35-40 minutes there and was never ask if I had been helped. 4 different sales people passed us by and never asked if we would like to drive a vehicle.

I have always received great customer service here. No one is there to pressure sell you or make a buck. Reasonable trade in offers. They definitely go above and beyond to get you in the vehicle you want from their lot. Their website is updated daily. Warranty work is done and they always make it right. Above average vehicles at very commpetitive prices...just a great business to work with.
I’ve been buying my cars from Auto Express since they’ve opened. The family is highly principled, but beyond that, this is one of the top used auto and truck dealers in the country, right here in Lafayette....just let that sink in, the country!!!! Nate and his team have done through hard work, the BEST customer service I’ve ever experienced, and No Pressure salespeople, just helpful folks. Do yourself a favor and see for yourself.
