Horrible experience. After spending a couple hours looking getting approved and agreeing they sold the vehicle out from me. Allegedly another couple already had an offer in and had been working on it for four days. The salesman went to get the car ready for me and the GM stopped the sale. I left and I'm going to buy a car where they have their stuff together

I took time off of work to drive 2.5 hours to look at a truck that they had and I was informed I would not be there early enough to complete a sale. Apparently they are not interested in helping customers because they are not paid on commission
I bought a car recently from Auto express and will never shop anywhere else from now on! I had the pleasure working with justin and he answered all my questions and never once turnt me away cause I was 21 with tons of questions. I just purchased my first car with Auto Express Cars and I must say I am very pleased not only with the vehicle I purchased but the service I got. They are wonderful people to work with and I worked with Brian at getting what I wanted. They were not pushy at all and I told him what I wanted and they worked well with making that happen.
