Dishonest mechanics. Same car, same day, two totally different diagnoses. Took them 5.5 hours to inspect my car and put four tires on. A phone call to inquire about their business practices was unreturned despite assurances that it would be promptly. I followed up and talked to the manager who never apologized, denied everything, and said he'd find out why his mechanics were telling me two different things about the same car. Still waiting on that return phone call...
