Great service everytime! Currently here for a tire repair and due to Covid-19 I am choosing to sit outside since I have a young child who cannot wear a mask. The staff has been so nice and rushed my car right in to try to get me out ASAP. They even checked on us and asked if we needed a drink or anything since we’re outside in the heat. Was back on the road within 20 mins! Above and beyond! Will keep coming back! Thank you ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Mark here is amazing and has been helping me with my Mazda for months now. I needed a whole new engine and he worked with my warranty people over and over. Super helpful and explained everything so clearly

Alejandra at the front desk is amazing! My newly purchased car failed inspection. She called the online dealership and advocated for me. She explained that the seller illegally sold me the car and explained MA lemon laws to them as well. She was on the phone on my behalf for almost an hour. She went above and beyond. Before she helped me, she multitasked and handled so many phone calls all while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor. Exceptional service.
Came in for a Re inspection today. As a common courtesy ,if your inspection system is down and you suggest “our other location” (Amherst) please inform the customer that they will have to pay another $35 at that station before they drive there, wait in line for an hour and find out themselves. While at your place it would be free
Do not go here! The manager got pissed and was yelling at me when i had a question about why i failed inspection. After this waa done he came out to my car, failed to show me what was wrong, after which i told him this was horrible service and im leaving a bad review, guy yells at me while i leave and honestly i was pretty close calling the cops.
Brought my car in for brakes a couple months ago. A month later I go to jump my neighbor and realize the cap for the master cylinder is missing and there's a glove over it. Hmm. Okay. Find the cap in the battery tray, I put it back on, whatever. Today I blow a brake line. Take the tire off and the line was dry-rotted. Hey, thanks for letting me know, jeez. Great observational skills over there, ha. Also, paid for new rotors and didn't get them. Scam artists.
