The process was easy and fast
Medi will not communicate via e-mail. He insists you come down to look. Well this day and age in an electronic world, there is no need. I asked several questions and he never replied to them. Sorry, nice car but not happy with communication. I will go elsewhere, not liking the attitude. PLUS vehicles are way over priced with no explanation.
The dealer has answered all of my questions.
Response time was quick and friendly. Medi and Kyle were pleasant to speak with and I felt no pressure for upsells or anything. I kept my appointment to test drive and then talked about a deal. Even though I ended up spending a little more than I wanted, I knew the car was worth it. Keep in mind that you won't get your 'best deal' but you'll get what would be a fair deal.
