Terrible, one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had with a car dealership. This is exactly why the “used car salesman” stereotype still exists. Medi, the sales person was rude, dismissive, and wrote in all caps. Stay far away from this place, and if you get a response from someone named Medi just hang up or run!

Kenny, sorry I was never RUDE to you and I answer all your 7 emails including your ridiculous offer of 10,000.00 to 12,000.00discount. if anyone would like to see all of our emails i be happy to send them to you, which you will see I was never RUDE to Kenny, Kenny also refuse to come and see the car or talk on the phone at all. I think Kenny is fake and fraud and I will report Kenny CarGurus.

Terribly rude, drove 2 and a half hours to get there. Then after a short 10 min test drive started yelling about how i was wasting his time because i didnt like the car.

Car was listed as one owner and it had two owners. The car had primer over spray on it and the sales person didn’t know why nice place but a little shady
Medi was extremely friendly and extremely helpful. He facilitated financing for me and worked to expedite the process allowing me to leave with my new vehicle in no time at all! I will absolutely be looking to do business with the Auto Excellence Group in the future. They have beautiful luxury vehicles for great prices.
