Best experience I’ve had at a shop in a long time. Being a woman and needing car service is never fun. I was treated with respect and even educated on some industry standards to help set expectations with this shop or any other mechanic for that matter. Honest and friendly service. Fair pricing and efficient work. The receptionist only pays attention if you bring him treats, but then you’re his best friend. Will continue to bring my vehicles here for future work. Thank you!!!
Although I've only had state inspections done at this shop, I believe Mr. Hill (Coach Robert) is the last of a dying breed. A straight-forward and honest auto service man. I would not hesitate to have him work on my car if the need arises in the future.
Excelente servicio rrapido
Charged $10 for tint inspection on car that my wife bought from a dealership, when it clearly states on the NC Inspection website that inspection is only required on aftermarket tinting. In the last 4 years, no other inspection station has done that. Shame on you for taking advantage of my wife.
