Ernesto S. did a great job accommodating our needs despite some credit issues. He was polite and friendly and I am happy with my Chevy Silverado.
I have never dealt with a more unprofessional dealership in my life. They are nothing but a bunch of crooks. If you are a woman do not go there they will railroad you and take advantage. I bought my care and have broken down twice in two months. My brakes are going out and the car is constantly at my mechanics. The day I drove off the lot not even a mile away the gas light came on. I had contacted this place for a nice car. They said I'd be approved if I would send my information. So I did and was also looking at another place for car. When I told Chuck that I was also shopping elsewhere he said oh I got you approved. I was like cool I quit shopping with the other dealer. I sent in my paystubs and he said there was a problem with them. Granted I make plenty of money a month but since I have tax free things they couldn't figure it out. Bunch of lying managers who really knows who the manager is there ..bad customer glad we didnt buy from them even though they hurt my credit more with out my signature due to them running my credit through 5 diffrent banks ...very upset
Warning; all of these reviews posted were FORCED by epic auto to be written. Once you buy a car, they say they will fill up your gas tank if you write a review and they have to proof read it before you post it. Epic auto are shady fraud artists.
