Drove 35 miles 4rm Houston to be DENIED. The add says every1 approved. It rained that day. And it KNOCKED my credit score even further DOWN with a hard inquiry. There is no 500$ down payment. I came in with 1200$.
Ripped us off and took advantage of us so bad even with excellent credit. Sold us an $11,000 truck (KBB value) for $29,000 Then they put cheap oil in the vehicle and blew the turbo causing it to dump oil and coolant then refused to fix it. Said they replaced the brakes when I went to pick it up I drove it and the brakes didn't work causing me to almost crash. I guess they didn't realize we would take it to our personal mechanic. Buyer Beware. My experience with this auto dealer is a tale of absolute horror and frustration, which unfortunately is still transpiring. The moral of this nightmare is simply SHOP ELSEWARE!!! The manager has woven a web of lies that would take pages to chronicle. I purchased my vehicle with $10,000 down, plus tax tittle and license. I worked with Ernesto Silva. We started on mid-Friday morning while I was still at work. I arrived at the lot Sat. morning at 9:30. By 1:30 that afternoon he had me approved and keys in hand to drive off with my new Toyota Rav 4 2012!!! He was SO awesome to work with!!! He walked with me through EVERY step.
