I bought my first car here, a ford 2016 focus. I fell in love with this car and just had to get it. The customer service here was excellent, it was welcoming vibe. While my car broke down because of engine issues this gentleman named Tyler put me in a lovely loaner vehicle with little to no issues. In fact, this gentleman stayed up after hours just to insure that my vehicle got to me from the mechanic and he held his end of the bargain to insure I got my vehicle to me on the agreed date. RANT! My husband bought a car from them, WOULDNT START EVERYTIME WE GOT GAS. DIDNT GIVE US A TITLE and justified it by saying “once you pay it off you will have the title” fast forward a couple months we get into a wreck ONLY COSMETIC DAMAGE & needed a new radiator. totaled it out, then told our insurance company that my husband didn’t fill out the full paper work to leave the lot with the vehicle. I have gotten 2 vehicles from them. The first one was great but the second one was a freaking lemon. Within 9 months of having it the transmission needed to be replaced then right after that the power steering pump went out. Trying to keep the car on the road cost alot of money but they would not do anything about it. I gave that lemon back so they can deal with it. I would never recommend them ever again. They lost a great customer!!! P.s. if I could I would give them a -10 rating.
