The staff at Auto Craft is great! They're very professional and the work was fast and done at a very high level of quality. Best of all, Lifetime Warranty on their work! I would recommend this shop to ANYONE.
Best experience I've ever had at a collision and paint shop! The work is perfect, the service was excellent, the facility is clean with a comfy waiting area, and the staff is awesome! I highly recommend this place.

You guys did a great job with the repair work I had completed at your shop back when I still lived in Tulsa. Today, I got a follow up letter in the mail because it's been a year now and you want to check on my auto. Kudos to you for excellent customer service!!
Poor, slow service. Bad customer service. They owe money to us and Paul told my wife he would send a check last week. We still haven't seen it. They also contract a lot of work out. They underestimated our damages by thousands. Inexperienced and unprofessional. Find some place more experienced for your vehicle.
Beware of this business! Have used them several times in the past with excellent service. Service has gone down-hill. Under-estimated the damage on my vehicle by THOUSANDS. They are ok for body work but if you need mechanical or tire work- run quickly in the other direction!!!! They have other business do their work & have un-qualified people making "repairs." The insurance company paid them $200 for work they did not do. I was told by EJ I would be getting reimbursed for that. I have not seen a dime. These people make false... read more
