Paul and Myles made buying a vehicle easier than ever. I would recommend anyone who wants a hassle free experience to go to them. They work with you no matter the circumstances. From the moment i stepped foot on their parking lot i was greated with respect by a man named Bill a salesman there. He asked me what i was looking for i explained to him what i wanted. Before seeing this dealer, I had been to a dozen of other dealers and I was tired of the same old gimmick, the website said one price but when you got there.. they add in documentation fees.. transports fees and all sorts of fees.. most dealers wouldn't even sell you a car if you do not finance from them... But it was a pleasantly refreshing experience at Auto Connection. I must talk about this place of business. Paul is one of the best businessman on the planet. I have been involved with them for around ten years. I have never been disappointed with any aspect of the company. I feel valued and respected as a customer. Any concerns I ever had was taken care of immediately. I purchased a 2010 SLK300 from Paul. Bought the car sight unseen after a few phone calls. I made some pretty strong demands about how I wanted things to go and Paul went along. He assured me the car was in good shape and I would be happy. I had the car transported to Michigan and took it straight to my local dealer for an inspection. This is my 4th car that I got through auto connection. The cars were always in top condition and definitely worth the purchase. The guys in the office are very friendly and helpful. Overall service is quick and customer service is great...I come all the way from new Jersey everytime I need a car because I trust Paul and he always make sure I leave happy. (He's my favorite)
