Great experience. It takes time if course to get financed. We were very happy got a better interest rate then what we expected. Did our research drove over an hour and half to drive our new truck! Great price on ours! Great value on our vehicle! Luis the manager did a great job on the finance part. Our sales rep Jay answered all our questions and you could tell had been through it many times! Smooth process for us! I work in sales and the wife and I both thought they did a great job!
Not an ideal experience. They will run your credit to 40 different places "to get the best rate" causing a major hit to your credit score. The sales associate we worked with was very nice however. Outside of the sales associate himself, the rest of the experience is dreadful. The vehicle we bought went through an inspection process; however, the brakes and rotors were bad so we had to return the vehicle to have that fixed.
