They go back on there word, perform horrible work, and are downright a shady business. The people who work there have no customer service no manners and simply don't care. If they do something wrong they will not fix it or work with you in any way your just screwed.
What a great locally owned, family business! We bought our son a gift certificate from Auto Concepts so he could get some extras for his truck. They took such great care of him and his truck looks awesome!
