Kenny is super positive and talks to you like an immediate friend (and responds to text messages and calls quicker than your own friends do.) We had a white car get a 4-ft. blue paint gash across the passenger side door in a parking lot, caused by a kind person who fled the scene. Seemingly a tougher one to buffer out... we weren't sure if it would be a quick fix. Ken always picked up the phone whenever I called no matter if he was busy or on an errand on something else. Trust me when I say that I was being truly bothersome. I'm sure that my constant calling had to be pestering, but he never showed anything other than patience and professionalism. After many calls back and forth, he chose to come visit me at my offices since my schedule wasn't cooperative. That level of devotion to go out of his way just for my sake was amazing. Excellent service! Ken is responsive and professional, he and his associate Jose showed up exactly when they said they would and did a thorough and beautiful job detailing my car, inside and outside, and applying a gorgeous hand wax finish. They were very attentive and particular, and wanted to make sure I was 100% satisfied, and I was. Will definitely use them again.
These guys to a great job and provide an efficient and friendly service. Price was reasonable (and saved a fortune compared to Body Shop repair) and car was left polished and clean - good as new. highly recommend.
Ken is absolutely amazing! I accidentally dinged a friend's rental car in one of those parking lots with impossibly small spaces. She had to return her car 2 days later and leave town and neither one of us wanted to hassle with the paperwork and process to use insurance for such a small incident. I had front and rear bumper damage on my 2011 Infiniti G37S. I got a quote from a body shop for $1950 for both repairs. I found Ken at DetailUSA and he quoted me $1000 for both. Love Love Love Ken and Detail USA! On the way to the hospital my grandbaby was BORN IN THE CAR!!! No additional details needed, right?! After an initial cleanup, we called Ken because of his awesome reviews and explained the situation.
