Unbelievable service. I received some ridiculous quotes from several shops in the area of southwest Fort Worth, I came here and literally learned I was being taken advantage of. Great group of folks and did my F-150 awesome!! Robert and Ogi are good people. Can trust Auto 1 Repair hands down!
Updating my review because the owner reached back out after hearing my concerns and took the situation seriously. After the issues I experienced following my tune-up — including the check engine light, catalytic converter code — I was extremely frustrated and felt unheard at first. To their credit, they did step up afterward, contacted me directly, and took my vehicle back in to inspect and help address the repairs. Omg yall!!! Best place ever! I caught a flat I panicked! I had my kids with me doing instacart! I pulled in! They helped me right away! ROBERT AND OGI!!! I would give more stars if I could. He gave me a free tire and I headed to Discount tires because that’s where my warranty was! And I told him I would bring the tire back! Great place! I really appreciate you guys!!!!!!! Excellent and trustworthy. Ogi and his team are the best! A throwback to a different time when you could talk to your mechanic and he actually worked FOR YOU to keep a long term, mutually beneficial relationship.
My mother had a transmission issue on her Nissan Rogue on a Sunday and ended up needing to tow her car to get serviced. After leaving them a message, Auto 1 Repair Center quickly followed up with her the next day and car was ready by Tuesday. Ogi was delightful and they also had someone who spoke Spanish that helped with her language barrier. Friendly staff, reasonable pricing and wonderful service!
