Extremely poor communication , I discontinued services before I could even start. I have contacted them for several weeks through Phone email voice message you name it and no one seemed to respond. The only time they responded to an email Was the day I decided to email them that I was no longer interested. Absolutely terrible! Spent weeks running around to get all the paperwork they needed, took myself off other waiting lists because they said they could work with my child and then got evaluated waited for scheduling to call and then get told my child is too difficult?? you work with difficult children how is this one too difficult absolutely upset with them and will find a better place if this is how it’s gonna be
