I was hesitant to write a review since the feelings are still fresh. When you tour this facility, you will love it for the amount of sensory rooms, indoor play area, the houses area. The owner will promise you 1:1 sessions, videos every month, parental trainings, and other things. Do not let this fool you. The clinic is very disorganized. Every morning is a living chaos of what kid is going where. They changed several workers for the front office during 6 months my son attended. My son was 3 when he started. This place started out as an amazing place for my son to attend, but they went through staff left and right. Now there is a lady there that is the office manager and she is very rude, condescending, and has a superior attitude. They also started charging fees that go anywhere from 5.00 to 210.00 a week. You can't keep your child home if u have issues with someone picking them up for that day but they want to penalize u financially if they cannot be picked up by the 12 pm time. After reading another review of this location, I would like to add that I've had a wonderful experience and the staff and leader of this place have been great at communicating both when I've had an issue or the other way around, they have been great at working with my son, Love this place my son has been going there and they have helped him so much with both self injourous behaviors and eloping as well as other behaviors, 100% recommended. Have not had issues with getting in touch with the school at all

I highly recommend ABCD. Excellent staff. They really care about your child's needs. My Grandchildren go there. They have learned so much and have made wonderful progress.
