I have applied for my child more than 3 weeks ago…still no response. I called them a few times to expedite the process but it didn’t help. Disappointed.
I love ACES. I’m glad I’m able to find this provider. The staff that I have worked with and still working with have been awesome.
The BCBAs, Behavioral Interventionists and staff were all great! Our son was thriving in the two months he attended. This review is about their cancellation policy. The issue we kept running into were the BI cancelling the morning of a session within 30mins to an hour before a session would begin. I would be on the way to the clinic and receive a text that a BI was unable to show up for session. Our family is so lucky and blessed to find ACES. My daughter started ABA services when she’s 2 1/2 years old and got recommend to general ed on her TK years. We decided to go back to ACES services couple of months ago and thankful for accepted to get their services . Our BI / Cheyenne .. don’t only focus on my daughters ABA, but also in training the parents how to deal with it in everyday life. Thank you Aces , to our B.I.’s and Cheyenne. Appreciate lol your work and patience.
