We have used ASI, for 5 years. We have been very pleased with the service we have gotten over years. Andrew, we know pretty well and trust his word about the trouble we’re having with our refrigerator and how much it is going to cost to fix it. He is very thorough finding the issue and fixing it. They were here within 24 hrs... Kari my technician was prompt... very professional (wore booties and utilized a floor protector)... she found the issue by process of elimination quickly... then it was oops don't have that part in her van... left my home to go get one at the warehouse and came back within an hour and completed the repair. well done Kari. ya'll need more techs like her for sure. Great company... great service!
They arrived within the scheduled time. Matt is very knowledgeable with both my refrigerate and dryer. Matt was scheduled to repair both my fridge which he did. I told him about my dryer and he too a look at it and determined the problem. That's great quick service. I would recomment the for all my appliance service.

While my experience with the technicians has been very good the scheduling has not. I do not live directly in their service area. I have now been told twice we will be there between 8-1 to be called the day before and told it will be in the afternoon from 2-6. This really messes up my schedule and I have to rearrange my day. The last time I was told it would be 8-1 they said I would be the first appointment in the morning. I received a call the night before telling it would be 2-6.
