Did an excellent job for me. Went the extra mile to check a second appliance (dishwasher) that I hadn't called about after dealing with my microwave problem. He knew what was wrong, ordered the part for me while I was still under warranty, and returned to fix it. Both are running like a top. Integrity, honesty, and decency -- qualities I want in my service person.
