We absolutely love this community! The management team cares so much for their residents and treat you like family. So many nice amenities, the property is beautiful and the group activities are the best!!! Brandy is one of very FAVE’s as she has the BEST welcoming personality & even loves your furbabies, like her own! There are many reasons to like Authentix, but for me, it’s not about the brand or the business side of things. What really makes this place special is the team right here in Kalamazoo. After living here and seeing how committed they are to the wellbeing of every resident, I know I made the right choice for my family. I’ve had a wonderful experience living at Authentix Apartments, and a big part of that is thanks to the amazing staff. Jackie, the manager, is incredibly helpful, professional, and always follows up in a timely manner. She truly goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel heard and supported. Authentix Kalamazoo has been absolutely wonderful to us since we moved in and one of the best decisions I've ever made for me and my family!!! Great community. Everyone in the office is super friendly and helpful. I love attending their community events. The gym, pool, fire pit, and car wash are all amazing!
