I’ve been living at Authentix Kalamazoo for a year and a half now, and out of the five different apartments I’ve lived in, Authentix is by far the best. The maintenance and management teams are efficient, professional, and incredibly easy to work with. The apartments are spacious, look amazing, and are located in a great area. If you’re unsure where to move in Kalamazoo, I promise you won’t find a better place than Authentix.

If you decide to move to Authentix, you can consider your security deposit a donation to the apartment complex. My girlfriend had moved out in August, and it is now the end of February and she had still not received her security deposit check. She has reached out several times to management as well as the corporate office and the issue has still not been resolved. We absolutely love this community! The management team cares so much for their residents and treat you like family. So many nice amenities, the property is beautiful and the group activities are the best!!! Brandy is one of very FAVE’s as she has the BEST welcoming personality & even loves your furbabies, like her own! There are many reasons to like Authentix, but for me, it’s not about the brand or the business side of things. What really makes this place special is the team right here in Kalamazoo. After living here and seeing how committed they are to the wellbeing of every resident, I know I made the right choice for my family. I have lived here for over a year and absolutely love it. The staff is so friendly and goes above and beyond for their residents. Definitely recommend !
