I’ve been living at Authentix Kalamazoo for a year and a half now, and out of the five different apartments I’ve lived in, Authentix is by far the best. The maintenance and management teams are efficient, professional, and incredibly easy to work with. The apartments are spacious, look amazing, and are located in a great area. If you’re unsure where to move in Kalamazoo, I promise you won’t find a better place than Authentix.

I've lived here since January, they have been quite accommodating and prompt with maintenance requests, it's a peaceful community compared to having lived on campus or near for the bulk of 20 years. You have everything you need within a stones throw and everyone is quite cordial from neighbors to employees. I would gladly recommend this community to anyone looking for a peaceful spot or family friendly area.

We absolutely love this community! The management team cares so much for their residents and treat you like family. So many nice amenities, the property is beautiful and the group activities are the best!!! Brandy is one of very FAVE’s as she has the BEST welcoming personality & even loves your furbabies, like her own! I have been living here for almost half a year, and unfortunately, my experience has not been very positive. The good thing is that the maintenance team is efficient and friendly. They fix issues very quickly. However, the overall living environment of the community is not ideal. 1. Noise from the AC units If you do not like noise, I recommend avoiding first-floor apartments. There are many reasons to like Authentix, but for me, it’s not about the brand or the business side of things. What really makes this place special is the team right here in Kalamazoo. After living here and seeing how committed they are to the wellbeing of every resident, I know I made the right choice for my family.
