Jim is a master of his craft. He is the most professional contractor I have ever worked with. His knowledge is extensive. If you are patient with him communication style, rest assured he and his crew will give you the attention you deserve when it comes time for them to work on your chimney or fireplace. Exceptional quality and attention to detail at every step of the way.
This jerk strung along my wife via text messages for about 2 weeks asking for pictures of the work we needed done (Batchelder tile repair). He asked questions over text; she replied immediately with info and images of the work. She asked for a time to meet and he ghosted her. I called twice and left two very polite messages--nothing. texted the number again--nothing. If you don't want the work, don't string people along for weeks. What a jerk.
