Best place in the area! Front desk staff are so sweet and accommodating.
Very disappointing experience. I have never been to the Murfreesboro location. Five years ago, I visited the Brentwood location, received poor service, and was refunded after reporting the issue via email and pictures. When I recently tried to book an appointment at the Murfreesboro location, my appointment was canceled and I was told I could no longer use their services because of that refund from five years ago. I love my wax lady Emy! She’s the sweetest and very thorough. However, the front desk girl, Caitlin has been rude to me multiple times. She has snatched things out of my hand, barely greeted when I walked in. I have said thank you multiple times in one instance and she says “mmhmm”, just very very rude, dismissive & disrespectful.
