First time at the Murfreesboro location with Macy. Had a not-so-fun experience at European wax a month ago and this place was golden in comparison! Overall the place was cheaper, and way less painful! Super quick and thorough, def going again :)

Very disappointing experience. I have never been to the Murfreesboro location. Five years ago, I visited the Brentwood location, received poor service, and was refunded after reporting the issue via email and pictures. When I recently tried to book an appointment at the Murfreesboro location, my appointment was canceled and I was told I could no longer use their services because of that refund from five years ago.
