Process was slow but the end result was perfect. Brian was great with information and answered all our questions.

I wouldn’t ever put trust in a service department that is trying to sell me on spending $4000 for a used transmission based on what they claimed is some sort of superior warranty when the price of a brand new transmission with a comparable warranty was only $5000. Edited review to provide proof that we had a scheduled appointment. They ran a diagnostic on the vehicle and said that “trans fluid flush and TCM reset likely won’t do anything” and they advised replacing the transmission.

5/15/2026 My salesman was Tucker Mayville. He did a stellar job from start to finish. Very knowledgeable with a different Mazda’s and their trim levels. I test drove a few different models.
