I came in for a oil change and was quoted a price on the phone using penzoil. I arrived at the store and Brayden did everything possible to work with me and make things right. However, the manager Jody didn’t seem to care and was a impediment. I had to spend a hour on the phone with the corporate office to get the issue resolved. Poor management (Jody) at this location.
We went yesterday to have the tires rotated and balanced before we left on our road trip. The guy who was helping us seemed more concerned about leaving as soon as they closed. We had an appointment for 4pm and they didn’t get started on my car until 4:45pm. I didn’t mind waiting, but they decided to just rotate the tires instead of balancing them because we weren’t having any issues. I will not ever recommend this place much less ever use this very Low quality business . Employee was very rude and did not take proper care of my vehicle employee scratched crome Twice !!
I Love Autco Tire the only place I take my car to get repaired. They have morals and standards and Integrity. Very very honest people. Love it!!!!!
