Got the room online on a Saturday, showed up Sunday and my code didn’t work! Called the number, got a code to get me through the weekend — that’s a good, flexible response.
I have rented from this facility for many years before Storage Sense, Regina has been awesome in helping me whenever I needed assistance. I have relocated to a smaller unit in the same facility because of her. As long as she is there, I will be too!

Can't talk to anyone who can find your account, no one is ever at the facility, and customer service is sad. I have been a customer for over 3 years and when it changed owners I moved my stuff out within 2 months. It's sad and there plans are to put a 100,00 fence around it which will make it even harder to access your items because my code never worked to get in the front door once they sold.
