I had a great experience with the team at AAS. From my initial call to see if the products were in stock and then picking up the items, their service was impeccable. Great friendly staff and prices.
Overall my experience with Australian Suspension Supplies was very positive. The receptionist was very helpful and polite. A slight hiccup with my order was rectified quickly and the parts exchanged without fuss.
If you can’t supply the items on your website they should not be on there. Money refunded after 8 days, only after I queried what was going on with my order.
I recently installed a 3’’ lift kit for my Hilux, these people don’t just do business, they do you favors as they sent me to another yard to get the installation done, and i can’t be happier with it anymore, Thank You Michael,
The girl I spoke to just a few minutes ago was super rude and dismmisive on the phone even trying to hang up on me while I was still making enquiries. No need saying a part is available when you don't have it.... Fraud!!!
