Highly recommend Jess for treatments. I’ve been visiting this clinic for some time and I’m really happy with the work Jess has done. She is very professional yet makes you feel relaxed during your session with her.
I had a consultation with one of your nurses and it was a very disappointing experience. Her attitude was unprofessional, unwelcoming, and came across as quite judgmental. She made me feel uncomfortable and as though she had no genuine interest in helping me. Instead, it felt like the only focus was on making money rather than providing proper care or guidance. I will not be returning and definitely would not recommend to anyone
I’ve been seeing Jess at Australian Skin Clinics and honestly couldn’t be happier. She really knows her stuff and always explains everything clearly, so I feel confident in the treatments we’re doing. Since I started seeing her, my skin has improved so much and I’ve actually been getting compliments on it. She also makes every appointment such a good experience. We always have a laugh during our sessions. I genuinely look forward to my appointments. Couldn’t recommend Jess more.
