I first met Michelle when I made an appointment at Australian Hearing and Balance Centre (Blacktown) to have my hearing aids checked. My cherished son, Nicholas, had just passed away, and I wanted to be able to clearly hear everybody who would be attending his funeral. Michelle was so warm, compassionate and caring at such a difficult time. While there, she also arranged for some new hearing aids (which I collected this morning - 23/9/26). Very professional centre, had my hearing aids fitted and very happy with the outcome, great to see a centre still bulk billing. There is plenty of parking on-site as well. Would highly recommend.
