Michelle was absolutely so wonderful to talk to and knowledgeable during my two hearing tests. I was very nervous before my appointment and Michelle’s bubbly personality definitely helped calm the nerves down. The reception was also very helpful when booking my appointment also. Very happy with the quality service at this clinic.

Blacktown Hearing and Balance is fantastic and have been assisting me with hearing aids for a number of years. The staff are brilliant and very knowledgeable about their products and what is the best option for you .
