Had a fantastic experience at this centre. My son is 5 years old and the staff made him feel so comfortable. The test was done by Maria, who was extremely helpful. She communicated with a nice smile and positive aura throughout the test. My son was all happy doing the test.
I have been to this clinic in 2006 and lately in 2025, and it is amazing they have my hearing test records of 2006 also. Tony khairy might have done the test in 2006 and Maria Khairy did the hearing test and assessment this time, she was thorough and tested with all the available tools and explained me the results and how these has changed since 2006. I believe they take care of the patient with all their skills and perhaps as a family business they are very good. I do recommend them for hearing tests and assessments.
Michelle was absolutely so wonderful to talk to and knowledgeable during my two hearing tests. I was very nervous before my appointment and Michelle’s bubbly personality definitely helped calm the nerves down. The reception was also very helpful when booking my appointment also. Very happy with the quality service at this clinic.
