Wasted over 2 hours waiting for someone to arrive 4/11/25 for the assessment after previously completing day 1 … tried calling many times no answer and no return calls from messages. Looks like I’ve been ripped off!!!
I have a wonderful experience in learning, Craig teachs with very detail i need to know with patience , and the whole team is amazing, they cares about safety and give good advice how to use machine. Wonderful experience, and I pass in one time. I am happy with everything.
I completed the standard course with trainer Craig. He was an excellent instructor, very clear and informative. Even with only an hours experience before coming here, After my training day I was confident to come back the next day and take my test. Carl was my assesor and was very kind and friendly, making me alot let nervous for the test. Overal an amazing experience. I feel confident and safe in the operation of a forklift.
Deb and Carl were excellent instructors I would highly recommend AFT.
Excellent training course and I wanted to particularly mention Deb and Carl who were really great. They were both very knowledgeable, patient and friendly. All around a great experience which has left me very comfortable to start using my new qualification for work.
