If I could give zero stars I would because number one they cut me twice my nails were bleeding,I texted the owner before asking how much my total would be she said “47$” than I went and got my nails done even though I was clearly upset because my nails were bleeding than they said my total was 98$ like whattt from 47$ to 98$ never going back there I had a horrible experience.i don’t recommend going… and when you talk to them they make you seem like your always wrong and they’re always right.(worst nail salon experience ever

Lovely staff don’t get me wrong but got over charged when I asked them why they said send your pay id for refund now I done that and now they have to wait till staff is in tomorrow to check what I got done after sending photos I drove 45 minutes as I got told it was a good nail salon wich it is but they over charge you ? Won’t go back there it’s not the only place that has done this before Any other good nail shops around Austral?
For $151 I left with bleeding cuticles and wet hair after the head spa. They offered to dry it but I just wanted to get out of there. It was the opposite of relaxing, the lady was so rough and she didn’t understand English when I tried to explain she was hurting me or the water was cold. The towels were damp and I was so uncomfortable. The door was open for most of my spa too.
Anna customer service was great, staffs are lovely
