The lack of transparency and accountability is staggering. They confirmed in person and on the phone to be able to order and delivery a part in max 3 days. After the order was placed got total silence, no updates despite a ton of chasing and followup calls. When finally you can connect with the sale team they have no clue of their order, they don't know if they even started it and tell you their website is not really a reliable route. No apologies and no ownership to solve the problem .
Purchased a controller for my marine generator thru Amazon and received the wrong part. The part number was correct but I made the mistake of looking at the pictures and they were incorrect. The picture showed the part I needed and I went off of that. Unfortunately, this will cost me for both of our mistakes. I called and the response was cold. Just that they would inform the internet team, have a good day. I just spent 2400 dollars! How am I having a good day??!!!
