Buyer beware! Rick Garza of Austonian Appliance is a smooth talking con man. I fell for it. Don't use!!! He is a crook and actually not skilled for appliance repair. Cost me $$$$. His "so called repair" resulted in additional damage to our refrigerator and voided the manufacturer's warranty on the compressor. He is not certified to work on LG or Kenmore appliances, and possibly other brands. He only responds through canned text messages and does not return your call. Our refrigerator started to make some weird noise. That situation has been for a while because we delayed with repairs. We decided to contact Austonian Appliances, technician showed up on time. After the diagnostic he found the problem which caused all these defects. I want to thank them for professional service. I definitely recommend Austonian Appliances to everyone.

Needed some work done on my Dishwasher. Apparently I had a meltdown caused by the previous installers. Austonian Appliance were the best. They are efficiently determined the problem, gave me a reasonable price to repair, ordered the parts needed, and completed the repair on a timely basis.

Austonian Appliances were really professional doing their job, I had a problem with my ice maker and my fridge was leaking. It took them literally a minute to identify problem and job was done less than in hour. They explained all details and gave me useful tips on how to avoid this problem in future! I would highly recommend their service.

Austonian Appliances is nothing but the best. Needed help right away with a problem and they responded immediately coming on the job within a day. Took care of the problem quickly, quietly, and efficiently and now everything fine. Mr. Garza of Austonian Appliance is not recommended due to poor workmanship, poor work ethics, excessive charge for repair that was not performed correctly (wrong version of mainboard component inserted in LG refrigerator) and multiple false statements. Issue has been recorded and case created by LG customer service. Customer is escalating since Mr. Garza is not responding and not willing to come to a resolution.
