Terminated my family after 10 years of seeing my children for a bill I was never made aware of, claiming I was contacted about it multiple times when clearly there must have been incorrect contact info or something somehow. They could send me a letter telling me I was terminated and sent to a debt collector over a pocket change amount of money but not to warn me about it first. Literally, this would make sense if it was $50, $100 or more but not what it was.

The best Doctors Nurses and Staff. Very accommodating with sick care visits. I have trusted them with my childs healthcare for the past 12 years.
High turnover rate with nurse practitioners and office staff. If you don’t have Medicaid, they’ll try to charge you $3.77 PER PAGE if you need medical records. Then charge you $23 to release medical records when you want to leave their practice. Save yourself the headache and find a reputable pediatrician office.
All 3 of my kids go here and we cannot be any happier!! All the staff is amazing and our questions/concerns are not ignored. They even have a cute train set that my kids love to play with before and after their visit
