I was having trouble with my embroidery machine. I took it in to Austins. Even though I didn’t purchase it from them, they helped solve the problem I was having. I made several trips to Austins with my machine. Every time I went they were so patient and answered all my questions.My next machine purchase will definitely be from Austins!

I took my embroidery machine to Austin's because I was having trouble with it. My embroidery machine is only 6 years old. They had it for almost 3 weeks. They told me it was the big board (not worth fixing). After I picked it up I took it to another (certified Janome dealer) place. It was simply my USB stick ($10). Either they lied to me or the tech doesn't know what he's doing. So glad I second guessed them. Will never go there again!
I love this place!! Purchased a machine here, have taken classes here, and shop for sewing needs, and had machine serviced. Always treated as if my needs are important and always greeted by all friendly and knowledgeable employees.
